1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bg349", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the bg349 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://bg349.io.
• "Player", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bg349 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the bg349 website, mobile web interface, applications and all associated services and content available at bg349.io.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual on the bg349 platform.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all balances and transactions on bg349 are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet awards or bonus amounts credited to a player's account as part of a bg349 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by bg349 to confirm a player's identity, age and payment method ownership.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the bg349 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bg349 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from bg349 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had a bg349 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction, unless you have received formal clearance from a qualified professional.

bg349 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the bg349 platform. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bg349 will close all but the earliest verified account. Any balances or bonuses in the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bg349 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account.

bg349 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA can be activated from within Account Settings at any time and is available at no cost.

You agree to notify bg349 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bg349 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

All activities conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to bg349 prior to those activities occurring.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bg349 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with its responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. bg349 may request KYC documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual account activity.

KYC documentation typically includes one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad or Rocket account showing the registered mobile number).
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.

bg349 will process KYC submissions within 2 business days of receipt of complete documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC verification. bg349 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the verified identity on file. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with bg349's Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

bg349 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits published on the bg349 cashier page, which may be updated from time to time.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bg349 balance instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to be credited, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. bg349 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which bg349 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bg349 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not registered in the player's verified name will be returned and the associated account flagged for review.

bg349 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit payment method is owned and controlled by the registered account holder before processing any withdrawals to that method.

6 Withdrawals and Payment Processing

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the bg349 cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no account restrictions being in place.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to three business days. These timelines are indicative and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

bg349 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are outside bg349's control and will be borne by the player.

bg349 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual activity patterns have been identified. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. bg349 will communicate with the player directly regarding any documentation required.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion having been fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.

7 Bonuses, Promotions and Free Bets

bg349 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

General rules applicable to all bg349 bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the account.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account closed at bg349's discretion.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bg349 are governed by the specific game and betting rules applicable to each product, as published within the respective game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. The following general rules apply across all bg349 betting and gaming products:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the specific game rules provide for a cash-out or early settlement option.
• bg349 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that bg349 determines constitute a technical fault or system error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

• Accessing or attempting to access the bg349 platform using another player's credentials.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage or interfere with the operation of the bg349 platform or its underlying systems.

bg349 employs dedicated fraud detection systems and reviews account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bg349 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all pending bets and transactions, and permanently close the account without refund of any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited means.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bg349 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video content, page layouts, software code, and the compilation of all such materials — is the intellectual property of bg349 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bg349 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any bg349 content without prior written authorisation from bg349.

Game content, including slot games, live casino streams and crash game interfaces, is licensed to bg349 by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Hacksaw Gaming. All rights in such content are reserved to the respective studios and their licensors.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Responsible Gaming

• A player requests self-exclusion or invokes a cooling-off period under the responsible gaming tools.
• A player's account is identified as a duplicate of an existing account.

Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

Where an account is closed by bg349 due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited where it is determined that the balance was obtained through prohibited conduct.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bg349 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

bg349's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bg349 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. bg349 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to third-party services (including mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad) that are outside bg349's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by bg349's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bg349.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bg349 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the bg349 platform not less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bg349 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect. Requests to close an account for this reason will be processed without penalty, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with Section 13.

The version of these Terms currently published at bg349.io/terms-conditions is the version in force. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent substantive amendment.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bg349 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and conducts its business with Bangladeshi players as its primary audience.

In the event of a dispute between you and bg349, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. You should contact the bg349 support team at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details and the resolution you are seeking. bg349 will respond to formally submitted disputes within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the platform's operations. bg349 will not engage in dispute resolution proceedings initiated in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited.
